Dr. Amelia Deliakis

Dr. Amelia Deliakis DDS

Head Dentist

Dr. Amelia Deliakis graduated over 30 years ago from Mc Gill University Dentistry with a DDS degree.

She has been upgrading and adding to her knowledge continuously through post graduate courses, conferences and seminars. She has attended the L.D. Pankey Institute for Dental Excellence, has completed 3 mini residency programs for TMJ studies, and one with the ALF educational Institute.

Her approach to dental care is to do a thorough assessment, followed by an explanation making sure the patient understands their oral status. She works with her patients to decide on the best treatment option for each individual.

Dr. Kadar

Dr. Kadar

Associate Dentist

Dr. Kadar graduated in 1981 from the University of Toronto. Since childhood she loved travel and adventure. She lived in England and traveled all over Europe and North Africa. After graduation, she took the opportunity to live and work in the West Indies for a few years, then went back to England for a while and eventually settled in Toronto. She had her own practice for 29 years but as things go in Toronto, the landlord had other ideas and Dr. Kadar ‘washed up’ at Dr. Deliakis’ practice and has been having a wonderful time since 2015.

She is focused on patient education and the teamwork required between dentist and patient to achieve success and optimal outcomes. These days, after raising two wonderful daughters both of whom are an asset to society, she has taken Voltaire’s advice and is cultivating her allotment garden. She has spent the past few years studying soil biology, no till/cover crop agricultural techniques, keeping her ‘beneficials’ and ‘pollinators’ happy and healthy, plus feeding friends, neighbors, and co-workers. And yes, still studying medicine and dentistry in order to provide the best possible care to her patients.
